So many of my clients are repeat clients now having their second child. This wonderful family came to see me for newborn portraits of their first newborn son. They just celebrated the arrival of their second child, a beautiful baby girl. This session was extra special to me as an image from their son’s newborn session won an international award. That image is hanging on my studio wall as a 20×30 gallery wrapped canvas.
The image I captured from their first newborn session won a Gold Award with The Worldwide Photography Gala Awards. My image was selected from 7,560 images submitted to the contest. 158 images were selected representing only 2 per cent of the total images submitted. Professional photographers from 57 countries across the world submitted entries to the contest. Winning the award was a huge moment of my career, one that I will never forget and I am thankful to this family for helping me create that moment in my life!
