This is something you NEVER see on my blog. This little girl was already 5 weeks of age at the time of her session. She was born on March 15th and due March 25th and weighed just over 9 lbs the day of her session. Newborn photography is defined as photographing a full term baby that is 10 days of age or younger at the time of their session. I am so glad mom and dad called me to photograph their beautiful new arrival. Usually when someone calls with a baby over 10 days of age I refer those sessions on to other photographers, however, I was feeling up to the challenge of seeing what I could do with a 5 week old baby. I have not photographed this age of a baby in 2 1/2 years. 2 1/2 years – can you believe that! Thank you so much “C” and “D” for choosing me to photograph your beautiful baby girl. This is one of the most beautiful sessions I have had in awhile. I look forward to seeing you again next week and I hope you enjoy your images!
