My favorite newborn pictures are those of a new mother holding her newborn baby. There is something so special about those images. Capturing the love a mother feels for her newly born baby is precious. This mother looks so beautiful smiling down at her baby boy. I can feel the love she has for her baby by looking at the picture.

My next favorite image is of mom, dad and baby together. A baby is going to grow up and when he or she is older, will look back on those images and know how much mom and dad loved one another.

All of the props, hats, blankets, wraps and accessories you see on my web site are available for your use during your newborn session. I also love new ideas and welcome any props you may have as well.

By special request, mom brought golf equipment to her newborn photography session. It is not easy to pose baby on a head cover of a golf club. I have done this pose twice and it is adorable!

Detail images are also beautiful. At the end of every newborn photo session, I photography baby’s feet, baby’s hand holding onto dad’s finger and baby’s feet inside dad’s hands. If mom and dad bring wedding or engagement rings with them to their baby photography session, I will also photograph the rings on baby’s toes. So cute!
