I can not thank you enough for how much you have helped me as a photographer and
as a person. Sometimes during your life you meet someone and it may only be for a few minutes or days
but they seem to change your life in a good way. This happens not often but enough to get you through
the ups and downs of life and for many reasons you really did this for me. (sorry if that sounds strange)
The business side of your workshop has inspired me and answered so many questions I had.
The posing babies safely and relating to parents in your quiet spoken but I know what I am doing
voice (you even done that with us when where in your way or interrupting so calm, patient and
in control). I have stuck in my head “If you don’t value your work they don’t” and “yes is always the answer
even if its not yes never say no”. How you edit photos that saved me years of trial and error. Just everything
you said I stored away for when I need it. It was great to see that you are a normal down to earth person (us aussies
like that ) your genuine and caring.
I have purchased CS5.5 and got on to XXXXX (how ever she writes it) and bought 4 gowns I think. I put up
prices and got templates for printing on my cds and making birth announcement cards (I didn’t know you could
buy templates) and so many other changes I have made because of your workshop. I am happier and more
confident especially at school. I use to panic everyday at school when dropping the kids off just in case I came
across a potential client and gave a poor impression. I don’t now I walk in with cards in my pockets ready
to pass out but only if they ask so they brought it up and not me (another thing I learnt from you)!!
The list is endless of how much I got from your workshop and meeting you. I really really do hope you come
back to live or at least another visit.
Have a safe trip home. I hope you enjoyed your time in Oz which I am pretty sure you did hehe. Don’t forget
to book yourself in for a massage the day after you land. Your poor back will need it carrying all your camera
gear.
