For quite some time now I have been a huge fan of Chandra Lee Photography. I am always in awe of Chandra’s work- tiny newborns, peacefully sleeping, in perfect poses. There is something special and unique about her work and her style that draws me back time and again.
As a photographer, I will admit that I have struggled with newborn photography. My newborn sessions didn’t have those peacefully sleeping newborns like Chandra’s did… So, when Chandra announced that she was holding a Newborn Posing Workshop, I knew I had to attend.
Over the course of the 2 day workshop, I learned so much about newborn posing, specific techniques and workflow, as well as valuable information about business and marketing. As an instructor, Chandra possesses an exceptional ability to not only demonstrate her techniques, but to thoroughly explain what she is doing, and why, in a way that was easy to understand. The whole atmosphere in her studio was relaxed and conducive to learning and I always felt comfortable asking Chandra any questions that I had.
One of the most important things I gained from this workshop was confidence. Not only did I have a wonderful time learning valuable skills needed for confidence in newborn photography, but I also gained a huge boost in my confidence as a photographer. I acquired a new found pride and value in my work at a time when I really needed some inspiration. To anyone considering taking a workshop with Chandra, I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!
Thank you so much Chandra for opening your studio for the June 4th/5th Newborn Posing Workshop and for giving me an opportunity to learn from you. I appreciate the time you took to share your techniques and knowledge with fellow photographers and I had wonderful and fun weekend!
Sincerely,
