The mom of this adorable baby boy was looking for a family newborn photographer who could capture images of her new baby as well as her family.
Newborn photography is relatively new and many people are not aware of this specialized photography niche.
Mom didn’t have newborn pictures taken of her first son so we divided the time equally between newborn pictures and family images.
The session was a lot of fun. We captured beautiful newborn pictures of baby “D” and then spent a couple of hours capturing family images.
Over the years I’ve learned that children don’t like to sit still and be told to smile for the camera. I make funny noises, sing, dance, play peek a boo and whatever comes to mind to try to get a child to smile.
We acted silly and had the baby’s older brother run into his dad’s arms. We captured the biggest smiles this way.
