This little girl is so proud to be a big sister. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing her 4 times during her first 3 years of life. It makes me happy to see clients coming back for photography sessions with their second bundles of joy.
Mom let me pick the colours and accessories for this baby girl’s newborn session. My favourite colour happens to be pink and I thought pink would be a fabulous colour for her baby.
She was very calm and a perfect sleeper which made my job posing her very easy. It didn’t seem to matter to her what was going on. Her big sister was the same when I photographed her as a newborn 3 years ago.
It’s important for me to capture all the little details of your baby when you come to see me. Babies change so quickly. I love photographing all the details of a brand new baby. Little toes, perfect tiny fingers, their curliness and their cute newborn fuzz.
In a couple of quick weeks, baby’s rolls will quickly fill in with breast milk or formula. They start to lose their newborn curliness and begin to stretch out.
Newborn babies are especially sleepy in the first 10 days of life making it relatively easy to pose them into the cute newborn poses.
We are getting close to the holiday season. I’ve had a number of inquiries for holiday portrait sessions. My earliest booking for child sessions is January 4th. Two spots have already been reserved for January 4th but there is still one spot left.
Newborn sessions are currently booking into May of 2014.
