This past year I had the pleasure of meeting so many repeat clients having their second and even third babies. Many weeks I had three newborn sessions all with repeat clients.
80% of my bookings is coming from clients I’ve already had the pleasure of working with. In fact, newborn sessions are booking into May of 2014 and every booking is from an existing client. I never thought 6 years ago when I first started my Toronto newborn photography business that I would have a wonderful business built mainly on existing clients. Thank you!
Thank you for Coming to see me for Baby Pictures Again
The pictures below were captured for a wonderful family. I first met them 3 years ago when they had their first baby girl.
My photography has changed over the years as I continue to work on creative ideas and mastering new poses for my photo sessions.
For this session, Mom picked a beautiful purple blanket. I incorporated a special lavender doily for her baby girl’s pictures. I loved how the images turned out on the lavender doily with close up pictures of her face and her holding head up pose.
Detail Images with Every Baby Photography Session
Detail images are always included with every baby photography session. I like to capture detail pictures newborn hands and feet.
Mom and dad had special photos taken during their first newborn session of their baby girl hanging on daddy’s arms. We repeated some of the same poses for this session. Dad had a nice tattoo that can be seen nicely in these images.
Although I love to include vibrant colour in my newborn photography, I also love fine art black and white newborn images.
Yellow has been a favourite colour recently for many clients. We posed this baby girl in a pretzel bowl with a yellow blanket and pretty yellow bonnet. It’s one of my favourite set-ups lately.
We spent some extra time capturing timeless pictures of baby with her older sister. I just love photographing siblings together. It can be challenging at times but this big sister had lots of patience and just loves her little sister so much. We even caught an image of her kissing her baby sister.
The holiday season is fast approaching and a gift of photography makes a wonderful gift that will last forever. A holiday portrait package for maternity sessions has been released. Stay tuned for a special newborn package that will become available this week!
